The opposite of ice cream is soup
So, it's been a few weeks since I've posted anything. Since then my brothers have turned 21 and 22. Matt and I joined a gym. I guess that's it.
My latest cooking accomplishments have been: crab cakes, salmon cakes, pita bread, and (made-from-scratch) cinnamon rolls. The latter I made for Matt to take to work on Friday. It involved some work Thursday night and then getting up at 5am on Friday morning. They were really, really good, though. Especially for my first try. Yeast doughs always intimidate me a little, but it worked out well.
I don't really have much to say, but I don't want this to fall by the wayside again.
Tonight we went to Stonebriar and saw Brandon and Amy, Shane, some other random people we barely knew from high school, and Ken. Ken moved to Hawaii a couple of years ago and now he's a golf pro there. We're going to have to go visit him. We've never been to Hawaii. Well, technically, I went when I was 1-ish, so that doesn't really count.
As you can see it's past Tyson's & my bedtime:
